How do your shoes fit?

Do you offer wide shoes?

Our shoes come in medium only. Sign Up for our sparingly sent email updates and you'll be among the first to know when we release wide styles.

How do I clean my Aleader water shoes?

Rinse with water or throw them in the washing machine. Be sure to remove the insoles. You can use gentle detergent and a delicates bag for the best results.

Don’t forget to air dry - and whatever you do, no dryer!

Will you ever have more sizes?

We have expanded the size range offered in our Classic colors to include men’s 14. Our shoes all have a unisex fit, so women with larger/smaller feet can pick from mens size or kids size, and men with smaller feet have even more options to choose from women size.

If you run larger than a men’s 14 and want to be able to treat your feet or can not find out your size, let us know at info@aleadergear.com. We always love to hear from you!

Can I remove an Aleader insole?

Sure can. Our insole are removable.

What is the status of my order?

What is your return policy?

If you’re in the United States,

We gladly accept returns from customers who purchased their Aleader product from our official site www.aleadergear.com within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you’re not in the United States,

Return & Exchange are still acceptable. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free return shipping out of United State (we're working on it).

When can I expect my refund?
